Over the last few years, the underbelly (or shadow) of our society in the US has come into the full view of daylight.

White, patriarchal capitalism is the water we’ve been swimming in.

Unlearning the false teachings of this system has transformed my views on mental health, feminism and money.

Starting to live differently has improved my well-being and my connection to others. Now I’m on fire to talk about it, because...

There are simple, natural ways of living and connecting that we can return to. And there are new ways, yet to be discovered, that we will find together.
